Jellytoes

If you haven't met him yet, my friend Jellytoes is just a kid like anyone else. But it seems that everything he does turns into an adventure. It's a good thing he has friends like me, Rhino Bob, to help him out of the crazy predicaments he gets himself into! You can read about Jellytoes's latest adventure in Jellytoes Misses the Bus.

Jellytoes

Jellytoes Misses the Bus by Andrew Barlow is a story about a boy who just wants to get to school on time. OK, he wants to get to school on time for a party his class is having. But Jellytoes misses the school bus, and he has to overcome several obstacles in order to get to school at all-much less in time for the party. Join the adventure as he grapples with a flock of angry chickens, navigates the perils of the Pickleville Mud Pits, and ultimately learns a valuable lesson.

About the Author

Andrew Barlow is an author who makes his home in Carlisle, Iowa. Jellytoes Misses the Bus is his first book. Andrew enjoys children and had lots of fun throughout his own childhood. The ideas for some of Jellytoes's exploits come from things he, his brother, and their friends did when they were young. According to Andrew, Jellytoes is a typical kid who occasionally does things that might seem "brainless," but he always figures out what to do sometimes with the help of his friends, sometimes on his own. In either case, it's always fun and it's always an adventure.

Watch for the next book in the Jellytoes series: Jellytoes Goes Fishing.
